rose bras

One can never have too many floral prints. Moody jewel-tone and black-based florals liven up dark fall wardrobes while white and pastel-based florals add a breathe of fresh air in the spring and summer months when flowers bloom anew. All of the floral prints below pair beautifully with neutral colors – cream, white, nude, navy, and black. If you’re feeling daring, pair the darker styles from Pleasure State (#2, Top Shop (#6), and Parfait (#9) with a bold leopard print or a top with retro black and cream polka dots. The floral bralette from Samantha Chang (#7) and sweet style from Dolce and Gabbana (#4) play well with black and white stripes, hot pink, and charcoal gray. As an ode to the 1970s, the Top Shop triangle bra (#8) looks stunning on its own or with tan, cognac, or chocolate brown accents. Can’t you just picture it with a half-buttoned tunic or wrap dress with the pretty embroidery peeking out?

Romantics can set hearts aflutter by pairing the Stella McCartney bra (#5) or Xirena bralette (#3) with mustard yellow, opulent gold, olive green, or persimmon (for those who love the cheeriness of orange) or go the opposite route and pair the Blugirl bra (#1) with blush or fuschia for a look that’s perennially pretty in pink. A parting tip? Don’t be afraid to pair luxe florals with your favorite metals. Rose gold, platinum, and gold shine against these floral prints and raw, natural stones add a unique touch that’s a cut above the rest. Below, my favorite light and dark floral bras for adding a touch of whimsy to your spring outfit:
