As a bra fitter, I’ve worked with many women who have said their boobs are their least favorite feature. Some were unhappy with their bra size, while others were unhappy with their breast shape and the way their boobs had changed over the years.

We know now that pregnancy, childbirth, weight loss, weight gain, hormonal changes, birth control, exercise, aging, and genetics can all contribute to a change in breast size. But did you know that it’s common to wear different bra sizes throughout your life? As such, it wouldn’t be unusual if your bra size has changed a lot since you were a teenager.

Weight gain and weight loss play a part, too. For example, you might lose weight and find that your cup volume (not your bra size as the size on the tag will likely change) has stayed relatively the same. In fact, your bust might actually look larger depending on the parts of your body that were affected by the weight loss. On the other hand, weight gain may also change the size and shape of your breasts – it just depends on how your body stores the fat.

If you’ve ever struggled with embracing your bra size, you’re not alone. While it’s difficult to change someone’s bra size without surgery, here’s how to make your boobs look smaller:

1.  Make sure you’re wearing the right bra size

If you’re unhappy with your current bra size and wish your boobs were smaller, please don’t squeeze into a bra that doesn’t fit. Wearing a bra in the wrong size is not only painful, but it can also make your boobs look bigger than they are. Plus, it can increase the likelihood of breast pain and discomfort (something no women should ever have to suffer through!)

Ask yourself this: Has my bra size changed since the last time I purchased bras? Am I experiencing any irritation or discomfort from my current bras? If so, start with a visit to your local lingerie boutique for a bra fitting to make sure you’re wearing the right bra size. Then, come back and check out our two bra style tips below.

2.  Avoid push-up bras and padded bras

Myth busted: Yes, push-up bras and padded bras can sometimes add bulk to your cup size – making your bust look larger than it actually is. If a t-shirt bra is your everyday go-to, pay close attention to the thickness of the cups and the amount and placement of the padding. Or better yet, opt for a style with soft molded cups and a comfortable design, like our Aline T-Shirt Bra in black or nude. This particular style provides a smooth, rounded shape without the extra bulk (seamless under t-shirts) and goes up to a G cup!

3.  Try a minimizer bra

Did you know that a minimizer bra can visually take inches off of your bust line? Minimizer bras typically use either non-stretch or minimal stretch fabric on the cups to separate and redistribute breast tissue for a visually smaller look. The Enora Minimizer Bra in nude or whisper blue is our favorite.

Remember:

Your body is perfect just as it is. Most of us have stretch marks and asymmetrical boobs and parts of our bodies we’d like to change. So, no matter what your bra size is or where you are in your self love journey, don’t forget to take a moment to thank your body for all that it does for you. And if wearing a minimizer bra or a moulded t-shirt shirt bra makes you feel more confident, go for it!

We’ve all had a moment like this: You’ve been lingerie shopping for the past two hours and you finally found two new bras that you love. The only problem? You hate the matching panties. They’re styles that just don’t go with the rest of your outfits. Plus, you just know they’ll show under your jeans and leggings and they’re too fancy to wear to work. While you love the idea of having a matching set, you aren’t sure they’re worth the investment. So, why not create your own matching set?

You’ve probably been mixing and matching your lingerie for years without even realizing it. We know how hard it is to find bras that fit, so we love the idea of mixing and matching separates to create a set that works for you. Read on for our top tips on mixing and matching lingerie to create a look that is uniquely you.

1.  Get the fit right

You’ll feel so much more confident when you’re wearing lingerie that fits perfectly. As many of us know, finding a perfect fit isn’t easy. So, if you’ve recently lost or gained weight, become pregnant or had a baby, or if you haven’t purchased new bras in six months or more, we highly recommend visiting a local lingerie boutique for a bra fitting. Even if your bra size has remained the same, remember: bras aren’t designed to last forever.

Depending on the quality of the materials and the fit (yes, a poor fit can shorten the lifespan of the bra!), your favorite everyday bra will likely last six months at most. By paying your local lingerie store a visit twice a year to pick up a few new bras, your boobs and back will thank you. Trust us.

2.   Mix solids and patterns

When mix and matching your lingerie, don’t be afraid to mix solid colors and patterns. If you have a bra or panty in a favorite floral print, try matching the panty to one of the colors in the print. Pairing solids with solids can work well too. Not sure what to wear with your new blush pink bra? Opt for a panty in an ivory, black, or dark pink hue.

3.  Play with proportions

Wearing a favorite longline bra? Why not pair it with a high waisted brief for a retro glam look or a brazilian thong to minimize panty lines and show off your curves? We love the idea of playing with proportions when it comes to mixing and matching lingerie. Plus, proportions and color can work to your advantage. Lighter colors (like pink, ivory, and peach) can be used to draw the eye up, while darker colors (like black, navy, and charcoal gray) can be used to shape and slim areas that you’re less confident about.

Don’t forget to pay attention to seams as well! Typically vertical seams are more flattering than horizontal seams, but if you fall in love with a style with horizontal seams, don’t be afraid to rock it, girl!

4.  Try something new!

Mixing and matching lingerie is all about trying something new. So, the next time you’re at your local lingerie store, go in with an open mind and try on a few different panty and bras styles. Who knows, you might walk out with a new favorite!

When it comes to mixing and matching your lingerie, there really are no rules. It’s all about what makes you feel confident and supported!

Ever wonder why one lingerie brand fits you better than another? Not all bras are created equal. Each lingerie brand has its own grading and sizing system for bras.

What does this mean for you? Well, first of all, you may not wear the same bra size or find the same fit style to style in every lingerie brand. Secondly, you might find that a brand doesn’t cater to your breast shape at all. For example, a UK lingerie brand may fit you differently than a US or Polish lingerie brand. This could be due in part to the bra shape, design, underwire, and overall fit of the bra, among other things.

Figure out your bra size and breast shape first

Some brands design for a more projected breast shape while others may design for a shallow breast shape. Others specialize in full bust styles and have a size run that starts at a D cup. This is why it’s important to become familiar with your bra size and breast shape and try on a bunch of different styles to find what works best for you.

Not sure where to start? We’d recommend starting with a trip to your local lingerie for a bra fitting if you’re not sure if you’re wearing the right bra size or if you have no idea what breast shape you have.

Already know your bra size and breast shape? Great! Read on to learn more about the differences between US and UK sizing (and be sure to check out our bra size conversion chart here if you’re ready to skip ahead!)

US Sizing

First things first, the biggest difference between US and UK bra sizing is the lettering system. A US bra size chart looks like this:

AA  A B  C D DD  DDD/F DDDD/G  H I J K L M  N O …

UK Sizing

On the other hand, a UK bra size chart looks like this:

AA  A B  C D DD  E F FF G  GG H HH J JJ  K …

Note that the size chart starts to look different after a US DDD/F (which is equivalent to a UK E).

Key Points

Other than the differences in lettering, the sizing should be relatively the same (though it can vary brand to brand based on the brand’s fit). For example, if your US bra size is a 32DDD/F, you would find the best fit in a UK 32E. This is because a US DDD/F is equivalent to a UK E in terms of cup volume.

Remember

A UK H won’t fit you the same as a US H. In fact, the UK H would be equivalent to a US K and be way too big! If you’re shopping online for new bras, be sure to read about the brand so you know which sizing system they use. Alternatively, if you’re shopping at your local lingerie store, don’t be afraid to ask your bra fitter for help with converting your bra size to a UK or US brand.

No matter what, remember that the size on the tag is just a number and the fit of the bra is the most important thing. You can always cut out the tag, but you can’t easily adjust a bra if it’s not the right size or fit!

Whether it’s your first bra fitting or your fifteenth, here are five questions to ask your bra fitter at your next fitting!

1.  What is my bra size?

At a bra fitting, the bra fitter will take your measurements (typically at the fullest part of your bust and right under your bust) and determine your bra size based on your measurements and breast shape. She may ask you to try on a few bras to make sure the size is right. During this process, the bra fitter will let you know what your bra size is and pull bras that you might like. She’ll also tell you your bra size.

If your bra size isn’t what you expected, don’t panic. For example, it’s not uncommon to be sized into a DD cup or larger (especially in a smaller band size) if you’ve been wearing a 34B or 36C for your entire life. Bra sizing is different than we think; a D cup might seem big, but there’s quite a difference in size and fit between a 32D and 38D. And, to tell you the truth, the letter doesn’t have as much meaning without a band size in front of it.

2.  Which styles work best for my breast shape?

The bra fitter can help you determine if your breast shape is round, asymmetric, athletic, slender, tear drop, close set, wide set, or outward facing.

Why is this important, you ask? Well, knowing your breast shape helps you figure out which bra styles will fit best. For example, if your breasts are slender, or shallow, you might prefer a push-up bra, demi bra, or balconette bra. Alternatively, if your breasts are evenly full, you might opt for a bralette or unlined bra instead.

3.  How many bras do I actually need?

The number of bras you need will depend on your lifestyle and lingerie care habits.

We recommend keeping three everyday bras, one strapless bra or multi-way bra, two sports bras, and one bralette in rotation. If you’re guilty of throwing your bras into the dryer or wearing the same bra day after day, chances are your bras won’t last longer than a few months.

Remember: You should never wear the same bra two days in a row. Wearing the same bra everyday stretches out the elastic and prevents it from retaining its shape. Bras also trap sweat and moisture, which is another reason to rotate and wash your bras frequently!

4.  How do I care for my new bras?

All bra fitters are trained in lingerie care. Be sure to ask her how to wash your new lingerie if you’re unsure. Fabrics like silk, chiffon, and Chantilly lace need special care. We always suggest picking up a mesh lingerie bag and gentle lingerie detergent next time you’re at your local lingerie store. If you’ve already left the store, check out our helpful bra care guide here for more info.

5.  When should I come back for my next bra fitting?

It might seem silly to think about your next bra fitting when you’re just finishing up your current one, but it’s worth thinking about. Depending on your needs, your bra fitter may suggest coming back in 3-6 months for another fitting. You might be back at the shop sooner if you’re expecting or nursing. In most cases, it’s best to schedule your next appointment 6 months out. We suggest setting a date in your calendar, scheduling it in person or over the phone, and setting a reminder on your phone or email so you don’t forget.

Have you heard about the ‘scoop and swoop’? If you’re a lingerie addict or fit expert, you definitely have. The ‘scoop and swoop’ is a popular term used by bra fitters and lingerie aficionados to describe the method of ‘scooping’ your breast tissue into the bra cups. While it might seem like an unnecessary step, it’s actually crucial to a perfect fit. So, why do we recommend becoming familiar with this quick maneuver? Read on for everything you need to know about the scoop and swoop.

Why do the scoop and swoop?

The scoop and swoop is essential every time you put on a bra. Ever hook a bra and think to yourself that the cups look too big? Try scooping your tissue into the bra to fill the cups next time. Wearing a push-up or bombshell bra? Don’t forget to scoop your tissue so it lies on top of the padding, which will enhance your cleavage and help you get a perfect fit.

Can the scoop and swoop change the fit of a bra?

Yes! Scooping all of your breast tissue into the cups ensures that the underwire is encapsulating your breast tissue and not laying on top of it. If your bra is too small, the underwire will lay on top of your breast tissue and cause pain and discomfort.

How to do the scoop and swoop

First, put on your bra. Slide your arms through the straps and join the hook and eye closure. Next, check that the band is on the loosest (or middle) hook and parallel to the floor. Then, with your left hand, hold the left side of the bra where the cup and band meet, and with your right hand, reach into the cup and pull your breast tissue up and toward the center of the cup. Repeat on the opposite side, holding the right side of the bra where the cup and band meet and lifting your breast tissue up into the cup with your left hand.

Once your breast tissue is pulled into the cups, check that there isn’t any space in the bottom or top of the cups. Your breast tissue should fill the cups completely. If you notice any spillage over the tops or sides of the cups, you may need to size up in the cup and possibly also in the band.

Alternatively, if you raise your hands in the air and notice a gap between the bottom of the band and your chest, you may need to size down in the band. While you’re adjusting the fit, check the fit of the straps – you should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between your skin and the straps. If you can fit more than two fingers, your straps are too loose. If you can only fit one finger between your skin and the strap, your straps are too tight.

Have you ever had a bad bra fitting experience? We hope not. While we wish all bra fitters were trained the same, not all bra fittings are created equal. Each store determines how to train their staff on bra fitting. Typically, local lingerie boutiques have more control over the quality of bra fittings than major chain stores.

A bra fitting could turn sour for a few reasons: the bra fitter might not understand what you need, she might not be trained well or properly, or she might not have your size and try to sell you something on hand. All are valid reasons for feeling like your time was wasted, but they’re not a good reason to skip bra fittings entirely. There are certainly expert bra fitters out there (many of which at your local lingerie stores) that would be happy to fit you and help you find bras that make you feel supported and comfortable.

Worried your bra fitting is going in the wrong direction? Here’s how to turn it around and get out with what you need.

Speak up and ask questions

Do you feel like the bra isn’t fitting as well as the fitter says it is? Or maybe you hate the color or style you were given. By letting your bra fitter know how you feel immediately, she’ll be able to change course and pull you bras that you do like.

Did she get the size wrong? If she’s unsure of your size, she might ask you to try on a few bras to get the fit right. So, unless you were given a 34B and you normally wear a 36D, the bra fitter may have simply pulled the wrong size or converted the size wrong. Mistakes sometimes happen!

Ask to shop the floor with the fitter’s help

Maybe the bra fitter isn’t connecting with what you need. If the bra fitter did a great job determining your bra size but is bringing you bras that you just don’t like, ask if you can shop the sales floor with her or pull up a few pictures of bras you like online. By showing her what you’re looking for, she won’t have to guess what you’re interested in.

Ask for the size you think you need

Are you worried your bra fitter may be inexperienced? Don’t be afraid to ask for actually what you need. If you know how a brand fits and you know your size within that brand, ask the bra fitter if she can pull you the size you think you need. Then, use this guide to check the fit of the bra to make sure it fits.

If all else fails, try a different store

If the bra fitters at the store you visited aren’t able to help you or if they don’t have your size in stock, try a different store. That store might be not the best fit for your needs. For local lingerie boutiques in your area, check out our store locator here.

Fortunately, not all shopping experiences are nightmares. And, if you’re lucky, you’ll never experience one. But, every so often you might have an experience that is less than noteworthy. Before taking to Yelp or Facebook to leave a review, try reaching out to the store manager. If your bad experience was due to a poor bra fitting, the store manager may suggest coming back in to be re-fit or offer something else to make you happy.

Bra fitters want you to be happy with your shopping experience at the store, so give them feedback if you don’t have a good experience. It’ll help them improve and hopefully avoid providing the same experience to another customer in the future!

It’s no secret that we love bralettes. After all, we recently released a lace bralette for C-G cups and have another very special one launching this fall. Bralettes are the perfect underlayer for your favorite outfits. We love that they’re wire-free and comfortable enough to wear all day long (we even sleep in our Adriana lace bralette!) But, every so often we’ll have a day when we don’t want to put on a bra. When we just want to go braless.

While you should feel totally empowered to go braless if you choose, here are six reasons to opt for a bralette when you’d rather go braless.

1.  You’re wearing a dress or top that isn’t structured.

Sometimes you can get away without wearing a bra when your dress or top is structured. But, what about when you want to wear a flowy, bohemian dress? Or a top with intricate cut-outs on the back? Bralettes are a great match for your summer dresses and tops. Most bralettes are designed to be shown off while still providing a little support and lift.

2.  You don’t feel comfortable going braless.

Don’t feel comfortable going braless? Try throwing on a pretty bralette. Bralettes offer lightweight support and shaping without any underwire. Plus, all cup sizes can wear bralettes.

3.  You’re wearing a sheer or transparent top.

Bralettes provide an extra layer of coverage under sheer tops and t-shirts. They add a modest layer under lace or sheer shirts, too. And, if you’re used to hiding your bralettes under your outfits, why not show them off a little?

Related: How To Wear Bralettes and Unlined Bras

4.  You’re going to work and can’t go braless.

Are your bras too uncomfortable to wear for eight hours? While we’d suggest shopping for new bras first, a bralette might be the best solution for support in the meantime. Opt for a seamless bralette in a neutral color and throw it under a work appropriate top. Easy!

5.  You need a bra that will keep up with your busy weekend schedule.

Getting ready for a busy weekend? If your weekends are filled with errands, family events, hangouts, date nights, and day trips, a bralette might be just what you need to stay cool and comfortable. Bralettes are versatile styles – they can be worn under an outfit during the day and on their own under a blazer or jacket for date night.

6.  You’re traveling.

While it might seem tempting to go braless while traveling, bralettes are a much better choice. Wireless bralettes can help you make it through TSA and a long flight without wanting to rip your bra off. Plus, they’re practical, easy, and comfortable – perfect for travel.

Final tips

Ready to try something new? Bralettes are one of the best alternatives to underwire bras. We love that they provide support and comfort without adding bulk to our cup sizes. If you normally wear a D cup or larger, you know how hard it is to find bralettes that check off all the boxes. We suggest trying out our Adriana bralette, which is designed with lined cups, stretch lace, wide adjustable straps, a J-hook to convert it into a racerback style, and a thick underband for extra support. Available in black, pearl white, and sky blue, this bralette is sure to be your new favorite!

Tell us the truth: How do your bras fit? Are they too big or too small? Do you experience any discomfort or pain while wearing them? Do you feel supported all day long?

We all know how challenging it is to shop for bras – especially when you aren’t sure which size or style works best for you. So, if you’re unsure of your size or tired of shopping for bras on your own, it might be time to get a bra fitting.

Bra fittings are one of the most underrated services provided by local lingerie stores. During a bra fitting, a trained bra fitter will take your measurements, fit you for a bra, and suggest styles that suit your lifestyle and body type. After all, the goal of a bra fitting is to help you find at least one bra that makes you feel comfortable and supported.

Bra fitters take the guesswork out of bra shopping by doing the fitting and shopping for you – and the whole fitting typically takes less than 45 minutes from start to finish. We’d consider this time well spent. If you’re still on the fence, think of it this way: How many times have you spent an hour online shopping for bras only to find that you weren’t sure what you needed in the first place? A bra fitter will do all of the hard work for you – and save you time and money in the process.

Still unsure if you need a bra fitting? Here are five signs it’s time for a bra fitting.

1.  You’ve lost or gained weight since you last bought bras.

If you’ve lost or gained weight since your last shopping trip, it might be time for new bras. It’s not uncommon for your bra size to change several times throughout your life. Weight gain and weight loss can affect the size of your breasts and cause them to increase or decrease in size. If you notice that you’re buying a different clothing size, chances are good your bra size has changed too.

2.  None (or only one) of your bras fit right.

Do you have one good bra that you wear every day? Or maybe you don’t feel supported in any of your bras. If your bras just aren’t fitting right, it’s time for a bra fitting. Your bra size could have changed since you last bought bras. Alternatively, your bras could be so worn that they need to be replaced. Both are important reasons to visit a local lingerie store and get it all sorted out.

Related: 4 Reasons Why You Should Have More Than One Bra

3.  You’re pregnant or nursing.

If you’re pregnant (congrats!) or nursing, it might be time for some new bras. Your bra size can change anywhere from 1-3+ cup sizes during pregnancy, so it’s crucial to make sure you’re wearing the right bra size throughout your pregnancy. Nursing, on the other hand, can also affect your breast size. We suggest getting a bra fitting 8 months into your pregnancy and 2-3 weeks after childbirth.

4.  You’ve never had a bra fitting or you can’t remember when your last bra fitting was.

Are you used to shopping for bras on your own? Maybe you’ve reached a point where you’re not sure what your bra size is or where to find what you need. In addition to offering bra fitting, local lingerie boutiques have trained lingerie experts available to answer your lingerie questions – from bra fitting to bra care and everywhere in between.

5.  You haven’t bought new bras in a year or longer.

Has it been a year since you last bought new bras? Chances are your current bras are ready to be replaced. If you haven’t shopped for new lingerie in a while, it’s time to refresh your lingerie drawer. Even just one new bra can elevate your favorite outfits!

Feeling like your bra might be too small? Read on for the three most common signs of a too small bra (and how to fix them)!

Your breast tissue spills over the cups.

Let’s get the most common sign out of the way first. If your breast tissue is spilling over the cups, one of two things is happening: the cups are too small or the straps are too tight. If you’ve scooped all of your breast tissue into the cups and they’re overflowing, try going up one or two cup sizes first. Your bra size may have changed since you last bought bras and you might just need a bigger cup size.

If there is a small amount of spillage over the cups, but the cup size is correct, try loosening the straps a little. Remember: You want to be able to comfortably fit two fingers between your skin and the strap for the best fit. Also, don’t forget that the majority of your bra’s support comes from the band. So, if you’re relying on your straps to do all of the lifting, you’re likely wearing the wrong bra size!

The bra band feels uncomfortable, and at times, painful.

Ever feel like you want to rip your bra off at the end of the day? We hope you don’t feel that way! Discomfort and pain are often key signs that your bra is too small; they can be caused by a bra in the wrong size or a bra style that just isn’t right for you. Trust us: When you’re wearing the right bra size and style for your breast shape, you’ll feel so much more comfortable.

The solution to this irritating problem? Try sizing up in the cup and opting for a different style. Need help deciding on a style? Check out How To Find The Right Bra For Your Breast Shape and then head over to The Girl’s Guide To Bra Styles for a little guidance!

You notice red marks or indentations on your skin when you take your bra off.

Do you see an outline of your bra after you take it off? Red marks and indentations on your skin can be signs of an ill-fitting bra. If you’re wearing your bra on the loosest hook and all of your breast tissue is scooped into the cups, it could be a band issue. Try sizing up in the band first.

Depending on the fit of the cups, you may find that your bra sister size is a perfect fit or you may need to size up in the cup too. For example, if you normally wear a 34D, a 36C is your bra sister size with a bigger band. While it might seem crazy that you’d wear a C cup if you normally wear a D, bra cup sizing has more to do with cup volume than anything else. So, in terms of cup volume, a 34D has relatively the same amount of volume as a 36C. Which means that a 36C might be just what you need if the band is too snug but the cup fits just right.

Alternatively, if both your cup size and band size are too small, try sizing up both the band and cup sizes (in this case, a 36D) – you’ll get a bigger band size and a bigger cup size and hopefully a better fit!

Remember

The fit of your bra will mostly depend on your cup size and comfort preferences. Many women like the support of a snug band while others don’t and that’s perfectly ok. Buy the bra that provides support and makes you feel comfortable.

If you wear a DD cup or larger and you’re experiencing pain or discomfort, we strongly suggest getting a bra fitting at a local lingerie store. And, if you can, try switching to a bralette or wireless bra at the first sign of discomfort. There’s a chance you might be wearing the wrong bra size without even realizing it. A bra fitter can help sort it all out!

Be honest: Do you hook your bra in the front and slide it around to the back? You’re not alone! Sometimes it’s easier to put a bra on this way, but did you know that hooking the bra in the front and sliding it around to the back can cause the band to stretch out much quicker than it should?

It’s true. Fastening your bra in the front can put unnecessary stress on the band and stretch the straps over time. Since straps can be only be tightened so much, this is a method that we definitely recommend avoiding as much as possible.

Sure, most of us have been hooking our bras the same way for as long as we can remember, but maybe it’s time to try a new method. Here are a few tips to keep in mind next time you’re putting on your favorite bra or trying out a new style!

Back closure bras

Chances are most of the bras in your lingerie wardrobe fasten in the back. Back closure bras provide a great deal of support and allow the wearer to tighten or loosen the fit of the band with a back hook and eye closure. Demi bras, strapless bras, and balconette bras often close in the back. Our Lydie Contour Padded Bra, Estelle Balconet Bra, and Charlotte Padded Bra are all designed with back closures.

Here’s how to put on a back closure bra:

First, put your arms into the straps and slide it on so the cups are over your boobs. Then, hook the bra in the back by connecting the hook and eye closure. Lastly, starting with the left side, hold the side of the left cup with your left hand and scoop your breast tissue into the center of the cup with your right hand. Repeat with your right side. This quick step will ensure that all of your breast tissue is inside the cups. You might also know this little insider trick as the scoop and swoop!

If you’re having trouble with this method, you may find it easier to hook the bra first at your waist in the back and then slide it up and on. Either method works just as well.

Front closure bras

Front closure bras are ideal for anyone with limited mobility because they hook in the front and only involve a small range of motion to get them on. Most racerback styles are front closure bras. Both our Matilda Padded Racerback Bra and Lynn Y-Back Front Closure Bra styles fasten in the front.

Here’s how to put on a front closure bra:

Slide your arms through the straps and pull the cups around toward the center front of your body. Using both hands, line up and join the left and right sides of the bra’s front closure (this is even easier if your bra has a magnetic closure) to fasten the bra. Then, scoop your breast tissue from the sides into the center of the cups. Voila!

Bralettes and bras without a hook and eye closure

If your bra doesn’t have any hooks or closures, chances are it’s a pullover style (a style that slides on over your head). Bralettes and sports bras are among the most popular pullover styles. These styles are easy to throw on when you’re in a rush and don’t have time to fuss over the fit of a bra. We love bralettes and recommend our Adriana Lace Bralette to anyone who is looking for a cute and comfy weekend, sleep, or lounge bra in a hard to find C-G cup size!
