10 Easy Real Food Snacks – No Baking Required!
Do you get stuck for quick and easy, but nutritious snack ideas? Although I don’t have the desire to snack too often these days, sometimes I feel like a little something extra, particularly when I have been more active than usual or I am at certain stages of my menstrual cycle. Unlike me, my three-year-old loves to snack!
In the past, I would grab a piece of fruit, or some crackers to snack on, but always feel hungry again within no time! Now I try to ensure I am including protein and/or good fats when preparing a snack for myself or my son, so that it not only satisfies the hunger, but also fuels our bodies with beautiful nutrients.
