Plan a day of shopping and pampering with a good friend. Sometimes you just need a second opinion and who knows you better than your best friends? Plus, she probably needs new bras too!

No one likes to shop when they’re hungry. To get the most out of your shopping trip, be sure to eat something before you go, so you’ll be at your best when you get there.
6. Don’t buy bras while you’re drunk
Who hasn’t bought themselves presents after a few glasses of wine? But remember: it’s never a good idea to buy bras while intoxicated. Unless you know a lingerie brand’s really well or you’re repurchasing a favorite because you absolutely need a new bra, stick to lingerie shopping sober.
